2. How does a custom itinerary work?
Once you book a consultation, we discuss your destination, budget, travel dates, interests, and travel style. Afterwards, we create a tailored itinerary that includes experiences, activities, accommodation suggestions, transport tips, and curated recommendations to make your trip seamless and enjoyable.
3. How much is the consultation fee?
Our travel consultation is R800, payable online through our secure checkout. Once payment is made, you’ll receive a link to schedule your consultation through Calendly.
4. Is the consultation fee refundable?
Consultation fees are non-refundable, as we prepare personalised recommendations and allocate dedicated time to your session. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no extra cost.

We do not make bookings on your behalf. Instead, we provide curated recommendations, links, and booking guidance so you can secure your flights and stays directly with trusted providers.
8. Do you assist with visa guidance?
We provide general visa information based on your destination, but it remains the traveller’s responsibility to confirm requirements with the relevant embassy or official government website.
9. Can I request itineraries for multiple destinations?
Absolutely! You may book itineraries for single-destination trips or multi-city adventures. Each itinerary is priced per destination unless otherwise agreed.
10. Can you plan surprise trips or birthday/anniversary getaways?
Yes — we love making special occasions memorable. Let us know the theme, vibe, and preferences, and we’ll craft something unforgettable.
11. Do you offer travel advice without a full itinerary?
Yes. The R800 consultation can be used for general travel advice, itinerary reviews, destination guidance, or helping you refine a trip you’ve already started planning.
