- All digital travel itineraries and guides are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Once your order is confirmed and delivered electronically, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
Physical Products (Future)
- Refunds/returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Shipping fees for returns will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned goods.
